Dream to Vision Education, Inc. partners with school districts and youth serving organizations to provide positive youth development programming, professional development training, and advocacy services. Our holistic curriculum aligns with the positive youth development framework, social emotional learning competencies, and physical health & wellness goals. Since 2019, our students ranging from 3rd through 10th grade demonstrate notable academic growth (2 academic years in math, science, and language arts), improved self- awareness, develop strong social competencies and connections, and skills to live a healthy life; all while having fun and making lifelong memories!

KARINA R. ANDERSON Founder & CEO | Licensed Educator, Financial Agent, Notary Public | Coach & Choreographer
Karina Anderson is a seasoned Education Professional and Entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in school improvement including increasing student achievement, parent involvement, social- emotional wellness and establishing committed community partners. Her company Dream to Vision Education, Inc. offers youth engagement programs, professional development trainings, and advocacy initiatives that continue to impact many families and communities in the areas of Suicide Prevention, Combatting Human Trafficking, empowering through Financial Literacy, Leadership Development in Civic/Servant/Social arenas and intentionally fostering positive contributing citizens of all ages. Karina combines her strategic mindset, gifts of teaching and leading, and data-driven decision-making with a creative flair and authentic relationship building to deliver impactful results for youth, families, schools, community, and faith-based organizations.
My Experience
- Served as teacher in Indiana, North Carolina, and Texas with demonstrated student achievement growth and mastery in Common Core and Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills (TEKS) with a minimum of 2 years growth, grade level mastery, in grades Kindergarten through eighth.
- Financial Director leading with financial education trained over thirty licensed agents and associates, managing over $4 million in assets, using financial education to add equity to underserved and marginalized communities.
- Coached and Choreographed Award- winning youth performances – SSAP Regional Cheer and Dance Competition 1st place, MLK Grande Parade Highlight, Missouri City Snow fest, Black History highlights, IPS District Talent Showcase- 1st place, various news, and media highlights.
